Privacy Policy

The short version: the only information this site collects is what you type into the interest form. It is used to email you about AI Down to Earth. It is never sold, rented, or traded.

What gets collected

When you submit the interest form, the following is stored: your name, your email address, and, if you choose to fill them in, a short description of your business, which membership tier interests you, and what you would like help with. The business, tier and challenge fields are all optional.

Standard web server logs record the usual technical information every website receives, such as IP address, browser type, and which pages were requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure.

What it is used for

• To email you about the community: when it opens, what it costs, and what is ready.
• To decide which topics to cover first, based on what people say they are stuck on.
• To reply to you if you ask a question.

That is the whole list. You will not be added to unrelated mailing lists, and your details will not be used to target you with advertising elsewhere.

What is never done

• Your information is never sold, rented, or traded to anyone.
• Your email address is never shared with other members.
• Nothing you write in the form is published without your explicit permission.

Third parties

Running an email list and a website means using a small number of service providers, for example an email delivery service and a web host. They process your information only in order to provide that service. If payment processing is added for memberships, card details will be handled entirely by the payment processor and will never touch this site’s own systems.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It sets a couple of cookies in your browser and records the pages you visit, roughly where you arrived from, and general details about your device and browser. It is used to answer questions like “is anyone reading the pricing page” — not to build a profile of you, and never to identify you personally. Google processes that information as a service provider; their handling of it is covered by Google’s own privacy policy.

Beyond that, this site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising or social media tracking pixels. Nothing here follows you to other sites. If you would rather not be counted, your browser’s cookie settings or Google’s own opt-out browser add-on will both stop it, and the site works exactly the same either way.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You can also ask to see what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted entirely. Just email info@codigovision.com and it will be handled. You do not have to explain why.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. Information is not knowingly collected from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your information is used, the date at the top will be updated and, for anything significant, subscribers will be told by email rather than left to discover it.
