Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the AI Down to Earth website and community. They are written in plain language on purpose. By joining, you agree to them.

What the membership includes

Membership gives you access to the private community and, depending on your tier, to live group calls and private consulting sessions. What each tier includes is listed on the pricing page, and that page is the definitive description. If the contents of a tier change materially, existing members will be told before it takes effect.

Billing and cancellation

• Memberships are billed monthly, in advance, in US dollars.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• There is no contract, minimum term, or cancellation fee.
• Because access is granted immediately, monthly fees are generally non-refundable. That said, if you feel you got nothing of value in a month, email and it will be dealt with reasonably.
• Unused benefits do not roll over. A 60-minute consulting session that is not booked in a given month is not banked for the next one.

Your account

Your membership is for you. Please do not share your login, and please do not redistribute recordings, templates, or other members’ posts outside the community. Accounts that share access or republish material may be closed.

Community conduct

The community works because people feel safe asking basic questions. So: no belittling other members, no unsolicited pitching or spam, no posting anyone’s private information, and nothing unlawful. Members who make the room worse for everyone else will be removed.

Treat what other members share as confidential. People post real numbers and real problems from their businesses on the understanding that it stays in the group.

Your content

Anything you post stays yours. By posting it in the community you give permission to display it there to other members. Nothing you post will be used in marketing or published publicly without asking you first.

The nature of the advice

This is educational. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or professional advice, and it does not create a professional or fiduciary relationship. You know your business; decisions about it remain yours.

AI tools make mistakes, including confident-sounding ones. Always review what they produce before it reaches a customer, an invoice, or a regulator. Nothing here is a guarantee of any particular result, and no promise is made about revenue, time saved, or business outcomes.

Third-party AI tools discussed in the community are not controlled by AI Down to Earth. Their pricing, capabilities, availability and terms are their own and can change without notice.

Availability

Reasonable effort goes into keeping everything available, but no uptime guarantee is made. Call schedules may occasionally shift; when that happens, members get as much notice as possible and the session is recorded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability arising out of your use of the site or the community is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, are excluded.

Ending a membership

You can leave at any time. Membership may also be ended from this side for breach of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that harms the community; where the reason is not a serious breach, any unused portion of a paid period will be refunded.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top will be updated and members will be notified by email of anything significant before it takes effect. Continuing to use the community after that means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
